Processing Times
- Fragrances: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Fashion (ALU's Fashion Emporium): Fashion items are fulfilled by our print-and-ship partner and typically process within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are shown on each product page. Standard domestic delivery ranges from 5–10 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Split Shipments If your order contains both fragrance and fashion items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the email is sent.
International Shipping International availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
